Inherently, the square sliding surfaces have extremely large contact area with the housing, thus ensuring maximum rigidity and the least vibrations during traverse and heavy material removal.
• Spindle supported in the super finished ram bore with a well designed multiple bearing systems.
• Sliding clearance of the ram is minimized to the least with the help of specially designed taper jibs.
• Box type construction of the ram permits least clearance between the sliding surfaces.
• Ram feed unit consists of a ball lead screw, box nut and the drive is through a VFD controlled motor and worm reduction gear box.
• Spindle drive is through a gear system and a motor.
• Offered with 5 HP to 30 HP spindle drive for a wide range of spindle speeds. Ram stroke offered upto 1.5 mtrs.
• Linear accuracy: 15 microns on the entire ram movement. Spindle Accuracy: 10 microns on OD, ID & Face.
